细腻动人。有几处触动我的点：一是即将失明的Delius在冰雪覆盖的山丘凝视耀眼的日落(想起Zarathustra，Delius确实受尼采影响很大)；二是他向Fenby吐槽Elgar和Parry，说"英国音乐里没有上帝，门德尔松能带给他们所想要的一切"；三是出场自带BGM《乡村花园》的Percy Grainger。无神论者Delius在自然-音乐-生命之间构筑了一个完整闭环，正像他在《生之弥撒》里诠释的那样。

Often regarded as Ken Russell's best musician biopic, the film seems much less subversive than his other works, but is surprisingly touching and fascinating by its earnest, unaffected construction of the characters, placed in a beautifully shot idyllic scenery.
